Digital transformation in manufacturing: The road to becoming a smart enterprise
In recent years, digital transformation has become a priority for many business leaders. Heavy industries such as manufacturing are no exception as the sector has been under pressure to optimize processes and increase profitability, especially with recent supply chain disruptions.
To shed more light on the benefits and best practices in implementing business operations software in these sectors of the economy, Next Consult is organizing a special event in collaboration with Centillion, SAP Bulgaria and The Recursive.

In a discussion moderated by Irina Obushtarova, CEO of The Recursive, the leading innovation media in Central and Eastern Europe, the experts from Next Consult, Centillion and SAP Bulgaria will give practical advice on how to accelerate the growth of an enterprise through digitalization and how to avoid frequent mistakes in process automation. They will also share how local organizations from the manufacturing sector manage to establish themselves as a preferred supplier to international companies and as a benchmark for high quality.

The importance of planning
The start of the event will be given by Toshko Petkov, Executive Director and Partner “Business Consulting” at Next Consult. He will also emphasize on the importance of the analysis and assessment of business processes and objectives before the actual start of the transformation project.
