12th Salesforce Conference in Sofia and Bucharest

Unites Over 400 Attendees to Explore the Future of AI-Powered Customer Experience

The 12th edition of the Salesforce Conference, organized by Next Consult, in Sofia and Bucharest successfully brought together over 400 professionals, tech leaders, and executives to dive deep into the future of customer engagement, data analytics, and AI-powered business processes. With more than 20 speakers across both locations, the conference served as a strategic hub for sharing insights and real-world innovations from Salesforce, NEXT Consult, and other ecosystem leaders.

A key focus this year was Agentforce — Salesforce’s new generation of AI agents designed to supercharge operations across Sales, Service, and Marketing. Experts from Salesforce and NEXT Consult presented how autonomous agents are revolutionizing customer experiences by reducing time to resolution, automating repetitive tasks, and enabling real-time decision-making.

Agentforce for Service

Presented by Paulo Jorge Fernandes from Salesforce, the Service Cloud session showcased how AI-powered agents are transforming customer support. From handling inquiries through self-service portals to optimizing field service operations, Agentforce helps resolve more cases, faster, and at a significantly lower cost. Companies using Service Cloud with AI reported up to 80% improvement in resolution times within 90 days, and a dramatic increase in customer satisfaction and agent productivity.


Agentforce for Sales

Maxim Kolev from Next Consult demonstrated how AI agents are reshaping the sales landscape. Agentforce for Sales assists reps by predicting outcomes, drafting emails, booking meetings, and even simulating sales scenarios for training. With embedded intelligence, sales teams can now operate 24/7, increasing pipeline coverage and maximizing revenue with fewer resources. Businesses using Salesforce's AI CRM saw up to 32% increase in productivity and 31% growth in sales revenue​.


Agentforce for Marketing

Agentforce is also transforming how marketing teams operate. Tableau Pulse and AI-Driven Analytics

The conference also featured Tableau Pulse, a breakthrough AI-powered analytics platform. Designed for both data analysts and business users, Tableau Pulse delivers personalized, contextual insights directly into daily workflows. From sales and marketing to service and finance, Pulse helps teams make smarter decisions in real time, backed by trusted data and natural language interfaces. With features like predictive visualizations and smart Q&A, Tableau is redefining the future of analytics and business intelligence​. The presentation was led by Irina Mateescu from Tableau.
