Toshko Petkov
Partner, Business Consulting
Toshko Petkov has significant experience in business consulting, business strategy formulation, lean transformation, business process optimization, organizational structure optimization, financial reporting systems’ design, supply chain management, business performance management, employee remuneration system design, employee performance appraisal system design, IT strategy development, ERP systems selection/implementation, efficiency improvement, etc. Toshko has completed over 200 consulting projects for more than 80 clients.
Prior to joining Next Consult, Toshko was Director of Global Business Services at IBM Bulgaria. In this role, he was responsible for the company’s business consulting projects’ execution and enterprise applications’ implementation. Previously, he held the position of Management Consulting Manager at Deloitte Bulgaria. There, he led the execution of projects on strategic, operational and information technology management improvement.
Prior to joining Next Consult, Toshko was Director of Global Business Services at IBM Bulgaria. Ivo Dreshkov
Partner, Operations
As one of the founders of Next Consult, Ivo Dreshkov has gained 9 years consulting experience in projects related to business process analysis and optimization, business performance improvement, IT strategy, ERP/ CRM/BI system selection and implementation support. He possesses an in-depth expertise in business process reengineering, budgeting and project management, management software implementation, IT strategy definition, IT infrastructure design, hardware and communications environment scaling, database management system optimization, business software license control and optimization, etc.
Prior to joining Next Consult, Ivo spent over 15 years in the field of ERP/CRM/BI systems sales and implementation. He has been a member of the business software teams at Oracle and Microsoft; earlier in his career, he held the position of Senior Implementation Consultant at FTS Bulgaria. As Chief IT Specialist at Actavis, he was responsible for the ERP system implementation at one of the manufacturing plants. He started his professional career as software developer and product manager of accounting, payroll, fixed assets and warehouse management software systems.

Emil Vuchkov has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector in the field of Marketing, Product Development, Sales, Insurance and Retail banking. He held various management positions in financial institutions such as HVB Bank Biochim, Unicredit Bulbank, MKB Unionbank, Investbank, Bulgaria.
Prior to joining Next Consult, he was Executive Director and member of the Management Board of Bulgaria Insurance, where he was responsible for Marketing, Operations, IT and Claim management.
During his career, Emil worked on various project related to marketing strategies, development and implementation of new products, sales strategies, MBO systems, reporting, etc.

Currently, Maxim manages and develops Salesforce.com's practice and projects at Next Consult Ltd. by developing platform deployment methodologies. He is responsible for building the architecture and infrastructure of complex business solutions for the company's customers, defining and enforcing standards for deploying and maintaining success customer solutions.
