Together through the crisis

In this time of crisis, for all of us at Next Consult, the health and well-being of our employees, their families, our clients and partners, is our first priority and we are taking all necessary precautions to preserve them.

We are helping our community with our knowledge, experience, advice and guidance free of charge.

In these times, we are more than ever committed to the success of our clients, and we continue to provide our services at an exclusive level to each one of them.

This crisis has also shown us something good. Working online with our clients proves to be even more productive than the old way of work. With today's communication and collaboration tools, we can easily have online meetings, make presentations, trainings, discuss documents, show how to use the IT systems we implemented or developed, use virtual flipcharts while doing training or webinars, hold discussions as a conference call or chat.

This way of working saves us both travel costs and our time spent traveling to and from clients and partners, which also leads to cost and price optimization.

Many companies have already gone through the initial shock of making important decisions about how to operate today, tomorrow, in the coming weeks. They started working again, and, although not in the previous mode, are moving the economy, albeit at a slower pace.

Many of our clients have found that nowadays, when they are not utilizing 100% of their resources, they can and should invest in the development of their strategies, processes, people and systems.

Some are pressured by circumstances to improve their processes that have suddenly turned out to be critical, while others are simply using their lower workload to make improvements / transformations in strategy, organization and processes to emerge stronged after the crisis.
