About the speaker
Maxim Kolev has more than 20 years of experience in the management of IT projects, implementation of ERP/CRM/BI systems, and development of specialized IT solutions for business process optimization and automation.
Currently, Maxim manages and develops Salesforce’s practice and projects at Next Consult Ltd. by developing platform deployment methodologies. He is responsible for building the architecture and infrastructure of complex business solutions for the company's customers, defining and enforcing standards for deploying and maintaining success customer solutions.
Maxim organizes and manages internal teams of consultants and programmers, as well as all other resources needed for projects implementation. In addition, Maxim is directly involved in company`s process of developing its own products based on the Salesforce.com platform.
