Hundreds of business users from all over the country joined in the trainings on strategic sales and CRM in the Summer Salesforce CRM Academy 2017, organized by Next Consult throughout July and August in five Bulgarian cities. The initiative registered a huge interest among the business circles, reports the management consulting company, which is a partner of the world-leading CRM solutions provider – Salesforce.com. The main focus of the Academy was the philosophy behind CRM (customer relationship management) and modern practices in marketing, sales and customer service. The second accent of the Academy was Digital Transformation and Salesforce.com as a tool for its achievement.
