Next Consult received a special plaque to commemorate their support for the annual regatta, the Cor Caroli Foundation, and sailing.
The evening was full of excitement, shared joy and amicable support because sailing is a team sport in which sportsmanship is the norm and a must-have quality for each and every racer.
"Sailing has much in common with business. It's teamwork. You cannot succeed on your own. It depends not only on your efforts and skills but also on the team you are working with. If somebody makes a mistake, so does the entire team.", shared Orlin Dochev, Managing Partner of Next Consult.
The big winner this year, the winner of the “Blue Ribbon” cup of the Cor Caroli Foundation, for the fastest distance covered in all stages, calculated in real-time, is the yacht “CHOCOLATE” skippered by Francois Bopp from the “Port Burgas” club.
Prizes were awarded to the winners of the various classes of the competition namely IRC 3, IRC 2, IRC 1, Conrad 25 R, ORC P, ORC C, and ORC A. Moods were raised after the crew of yacht "PETRA" with skipper Pavel Dukov took first place in both IRC 1 and ORC A classes. The Pontos club from Varna put out a fantastic performance during the regatta this year, and the palette of characters of all the crew members contributed to the positive memories that this 22nd Regatta “Cor Caroli Next Consult 2022” leaves behind.
“We are brothers, not a crew.”, Dukov emphasizes emotionally.
TAt Next Consult, we fully agree with him and find the similarities between business and sailing to be precisely those - teamwork for a common cause, friendly environment, dedication, and support!
We wish fair winds and following seas to all sailors and see you again at the next Cor Caroli regatta next year!
