We are excited to announce our Summer Internship Program 2025! Over the past years, this program has proven to be very successful, as we were so lucky to get to meet so many beautiful & talented young people - the future of our country.
This year, we continue the tradition of sharing the experience, knowledge, and values that make Next Consult a leader in the field of business consulting and digital transformation.
🚀 Why Next Academy?
For 15 years, Next Consult has been the preferred partner for companies in Bulgaria and the region. With more than 500 successfully implemented projects, we combine strategic thinking, technological solutions and proven methodologies in the areas of Strategy development, Business Process Optimization, People & Culture, and most importantly Salesforce CRM & SAP ERP implementation.
Our program is inspired by real business processes – that’s why we call it “Real work, on real projects, for real customers.”
✅ The Summer Next Academy 2025 is a concept that combines:
- Introductory training through leading platforms and global content;
- A look at real work on high-value projects;
- Access to knowledge and practices built over years by leading industry experts.
📚 The Program:
The Internship Program is 10 weeks long, with 2 to 3 weeks of theoretical preparation based on the most innovative training platforms developed and provided by the world’s tech leaders, and 6 to 7 weeks of active participation in real projects for real clients.
During this period they will be supported by a personal mentor who will guide them through their internship journey and answer all of their questions.
And this will all be done via a full-time paid employment contract with all applicable social benefits.
At the end of the program, the best performers will be offered a permanent employment contract and will become part of our family.
📅 Key dates:
Application period: June 1st to June 20th;
Internship duration: July 1st - September 15th, with the option to continue working at Next Consult afterwards;
