We are very excited to launch our annual Internship Program for 2024. Over the past years, this program has proven to be very successful, as we were so lucky to get to meet so many beautiful & talented young people - the future of our country.
“Real work, on real projects for real customers”.
This year we’ve decided to call it Business Academy, which is exactly what it has been for our interns so far.
But why Business Academy?
For the past 14 years, Next Consult has been the go-to Business & IT Consultancy in Bulgaria and the region. We’ve delivered more than 500 successful projects, from Strategy development, through Business Process Optimization, People & Culture, and most importantly Salesforce CRM & SAP ERP implementation.
And so our interns will go through their internship, actively participating in real projects, based on our motto for the Program “Real work, on real projects for real customers..”
The Program
The Internship Program is 10 weeks long, with 2 to 3 weeks of theoretical preparation based on the most innovative training platforms developed and provided by the world’s tech leaders, and 6 to 7 weeks of active participation in real projects for real clients.
During this period they will be supported by a personal mentor who will guide them through their internship journey and answer all of their questions.
And this will all be done via a full-time paid employment contract with all applicable social benefits.
At the end of the program, the best performers will be offered a permanent employment contract and will become part of our family.

We are looking for the following profiles:
- B2B Sales Specialist (Intern) - Completed university coursework, university degree, professional training, or real work, in the field of business management, economics, entrepreneurship, sales, and/or marketing;
- IT Business Consultant (Intern) Cloud ERP Systems - Students or graduates with Completed university coursework, university degree, professional training, or real work in the field of finance, accounting, industrial engineering, manufacturing, business information systems, business administration, economics, information technology or similar;
- IT Business Consultant (Intern) Salesforce CRM - Completed university coursework, university degree, professional training, or real work in the field of business information systems, business administration, economics, information technology, or similar.
Key dates:
- Application period: April 25th to June 21st;
- Internship duration: July 1st - September 15th, with the option to continue working at Next Consult afterwards;
