During the 10th Annual Salesforce Conference, Ivo Kumanov, Chief Executive Officer at NIK, shared new unique insights about his company’s journey with Salesforce, FinancialForce, and Next Consult.
One of NIK's primary challenges was the need to be faster, more efficient, and more knowledgeable about their customers as younger generations with different decision-making processes entered the farming industry. "Our infrastructure was limiting our potential," Ivo said.
To address this issue, NIK sought an external consultant partner who could help them overcome technical constraints and scale their customer relationships. This is where Next Consult entered the picture.
A few years ago, NIK decided to base its business on Salesforce, partnering with Next Consult to implement the platform. This collaboration enabled NIK to streamline its processes, improve efficiency, and better understand its customers.

Recently, NIK and Next Consult partnered again, this time on the successful implementation of FinancialForce’s ERP system that is expected to bring results in the years to come.
NIK is determined to further automate its processes and plans to implement a B2B commerce solution and additional Salesforce clouds, as it adds new business functions and people to its teams.
Ivo also pointed to the value of attending industry conferences such as the 10th Annual Salesforce Conference for gaining inspiration and insights.
