The selected interns performed brilliantly in all interviews and tests and undoubtedly deserved their place in the program. In the last few months we have had the opportunity to get to know them, work together and enrich each other’s mindsets. The mentors diligently and carefully taught the young girls and boys professionalism not only in terms of operational and technical performance of the tasks, but also in business communication and culture.
The internship positions focused on 4 key aspects, namely: analysis of business processes and definition of requirements for implementation of Salesforce CRM, development of specific functionalities in the Salesforce platform, development and personalization of customer journeys through the marketing automation solution Salesforce Marketing Cloud, development of software robots for automation of business processes through the UiPath technology (proven leader in the field of RPA).

Milena is also one of the mentors in the program and accepts the successful passage of the young people through it as a personal responsibility. The trainees she mentors are about to acquire technical education and definitely have an affinity for robotics, innovative technologies and computer programming.
"All the tasks were interesting and had their difficulties. The one I will probably remember forever is the first real task I faced - extracting extracting exchange rates of the Bulgarian lev according to the BNB. I liked the professional feedback and the code review I got from my mentor.”, shares a final year student at the Technical University - Sofia, 24 years old.
Talented young people, part of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation team, had the opportunity to understand what "customer journey" really is, and who, and what stands behind this "magic".
Another student, who passed this intern, said that he felt motivated to advance in this direction and is very enthusiastic about being involved in building exciting customer journeys:
"I would like to thank my mentor for the great opportunity he gave me, namely to be part of this team. I came to the company with minimal knowledge in this field and for the short time I have been here, I can safely say that I learned a lot. I got acquainted with technologies that I had never encountered before and I definitely like them. The team also played a huge role in my training. They always responded when needed, and helped me with tasks I couldn't handle. I hope the team stays the way I was able to see it through my eyes - cohesive, united and ambitious to achieve more."
Every year, Next Consult organizes an internship program, the main purpose of which is to give a good start to young people who want to learn and grow. However, the nature of our work requires serious pre-training, which makes the selection even more difficult and demanding.
"This year the level of candidates was frankly high and this further complicated the choice of our team. Unfortunately, we could only choose 8 of them. We believe that we made the best selection, and we are glad that these young talents became part of the internship program and our team too."
