Next Consult Announces its Summer Internship Program 2023 "Next for Youth"

That's why we are thrilled to launch this year’s edition of our summer internship program "Next for Youth", inviting all young people interested in business and innovative technology to join us for an exciting summer.
Over the past 13 years, Next Consult has discovered and developed many talented individuals who have gone on to become proven professionals in business and digital transformation, and IT. By investing in the next generation of professionals, Next Consult is not only helping to shape the future of the IT industry in Bulgaria but also aiming to contribute to the growth and development of young talents’ business and technical skill set.

Our team has extensive experience working with world-class business clients and leading companies, across industries and from around the world. We implement the latest and greatest business technology solutions like Salesforce, FinancialForce, SAP, UiPath RPA, Tableau BI and others.
As part of the program, interns will be going through a 10 week-long specialised training program, including a few weeks of theoretical preparation based on the most innovative training platforms developed and provided by world’s tech leaders, and at least one month of active participation in real projects for real clients.
During this period they will be supported by a personal mentor who will guide them through their internship journey and answer all of their questions.
And this will all be done via a full-time employment contract with payment and all applicable social benefits. At the end of the program, the best performers will be offered a permanent employment contract and will become part of our family.
Every intern will have a mentor who is their sparring partner - he trains them, challenges them to think and look at things from a different angle, and guides them on their growth path. It is this combination that makes our approach extremely successful and sustainable.
We are looking for the following profiles:
- Junior Developer (Intern) for Salesforce CRM - students or graduates with little or no experience, but with a strong interest in IT technologies and knowledge of Java, PHP, Python, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS;
- Junior Business Analyst (Intern) for Salesforce CRM - students or graduates with little or no experience, business-oriented, interested in communication with clients, project management, IT analysis and solutions;
- Business Analyst (Intern) for Management Consulting - students or graduates with little or no experience, business-oriented, interested in communication with clients, project management, finance, information analysis and IT solutions;
- Junior Sales & Marketing Specialist (Intern) - students or graduates with little or no experience, business-oriented, interested in communication with clients, sales, marketing;
- Business Analyst (Intern) for SAP ERP - students or graduates with little or no experience, business-oriented, with a focus on finance and accounting, data and information analysis and IT solutions.
- Business Analyst (Intern) for FinancialForce ERP - students or graduates with little or no experience, business-oriented, with a focus on finance and accounting, data and information analysis and IT solutions.
Key dates:
- Application period: April 1st - June 15th;
- Internship duration: July 1st - September 15th, with the option to continue working at Next Consult afterwards;
