YOUR ROLE:
You will support our Marketing and Business Development Manager in planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives aimed at growing the company. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Landing page creation & optimization: Design, update, and optimize landing pages with a focus on SEO best practices.
- Marketing automation: Create and manage email campaigns, segment contacts, and analyze results (after internal training).
- Visual content design: Prepare banners and visual assets for online and offline campaigns using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Social media management: Plan, create, and publish engaging content across our social platforms.
- Website management: Update and manage the company’s website, including blog posts and other content needed.
- Copywriting: Write business-related articles for our blog to support the company’s growth.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- University degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge and experience in creating digital and print visuals, digital content, and continuous monitoring of the latest best practices in digital marketing and using them in your daily work.
- Experience in producing and editing short videos (Reels).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Pardot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
- Understanding of SEO concepts.
- Experience in managing social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and creating engaging posts.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Experience with CMS platforms.
- Strong awareness of current marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in B2B.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
