Bucharest – Online workflows, the complexity of customer data and electronic contracting require new management and analysis solutions, so Next Consult developed for Generali Romania a new customized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, based on the Salesforce platform. The project is part of Generali Romania's continuous digitalization strategy and the facilitation of personalized services through new internal resources, also aiming to simplify portfolio management processes.
Basically, the new system allows a very detailed analysis of the customer profiles and their specific needs, elements that help develop dedicated products, increasingly performing services, but also complex reports, necessary to optimize the business strategy.
With the help of the new solution, customers can receive information about existing policies in a fast way, by email and SMS, as well as information related to the benefits of used products or newly launched ones.
We want to have a complete view of our customers' needs, to significantly improve their experience both with contracting and after-sales services, but also when the policy is activated and the compensation is granted. At the same time, this digital solution will provide our team with new resources to improve the points of interaction with customers,
