The software solutions of the world leader in customer relationship management (CRM) – the American company Salesforce.com – are helping companies in various industries to be more successful, faster and better than their market competitors, pointed out the speakers at the Conference. The biggest CRM event in the country has attracted extraordinary interest from hundreds of participants – both current and potential Salesforce clients in Bulgaria, experts and managers from Next Consult and the company’s American partner, as well as media representatives.
Orlin Dochev, Managing Partner at Next Consult, put an emphasis on the ways in which businesses can find, win and retain clients with the help of Salesforce. Toshko Petkov, Partner “Business Consulting” at the company, highlighted the importance of value propositions and strategies as mandatory conditions for success. Several Next Consult clients which have already successfully implemented Salesforce solutions, shared their experience with the Conference participants. Ginyo Genev, Lube Manager at Omnicar BG Ltd, spoke about improving the interaction between Marketing and Sales, while Vladimir Dichev, CEO of CEZ Trade Bulgaria, explained how Salesforce helps his company to increase the productivity of its sales team. Salesforce optimizes all operations for “The Killers” (DDD-1 Ltd), revealed Emil Kotas – Regional Manager of the leading pest control company. He shared his experience from the implementation of an ambitious project for business processes automation and centralization of management.
With the help of Salesforcе the whole sales process at Bulgaria Insurance AD from making an offer to issuing a policy has been optimized, said Emil Vuchkov, Executive Director of one of the leading insurance companies in Bulgaria, currently with 46 thousand clients. Specifically, Salesforce automates stages of the sales process such as information gathering, offer preparation, management approval, offer improvement, contracting and reporting. Specialists from Next Consult and Salesforce summarized the benefits of implementing the world’s leading CRM platform:

A Salesforce system demo took place at the conclusion of the conference, showing a CRM solution which unlocks employee potential and allows companies to create long-lasting connections with their clients in a new, more efficient way. The world market for CRM systems will increase by 14% annually in the period up to 2020, reaching $51,55 bn at the end of the decade, forecasts Gartner. The CRM leader Salesforce, however, aims to grow even faster than the market average and to double its revenues in the coming years. Salesforce holds a 20% share of the global CRM market (Gartner, 2015). During the fiscal 2018, which began at the end of January this year, Salesforce expects its sales to surpass $10 bn. The company is planning an annual sales income growth of 20-30%, reaching $20 bn in 2022.
