Guests had the opportunity to exchange experiences and talk in an informal atmosphere about business and sailing, of course. The occasion for the business cocktail, organized by the leading digital consultancy, is the opening of this year’s sailing regatta Cor Caroli, whose general partner is Next Consult.
A few hours before the official opening of the regatta, many managers and experts from leading companies in Bulgaria and abroad gathered at the exotic beach bar HashtagPAVILION and enjoyed an elegant, informal business cocktail, accompanied by good mood, intriguing business discussions, delicious food and summer cocktails.
After the end of the event, the guests went to the port of Burgas, where the start of this year’s Regatta Cor Caroli Next Consult 2022, named after the general partner, was given at the Sea Station of Burgas with an official program. The competition was opened by the deputy mayor of the city- Krasimir Stoychev. The ceremony was attended by the main event organizers - Capt. Toma Tomov, the Managing Partner of Next Consult - Orlin Dochev and Liubov Malykh, Snr. Partner Manager at Salesforce.
The competition began with Pro-Am races in the charming Burgas Bay, accompanied by beautiful sails, sea breeze and lots of adrenaline. The good weather gave the sailors an opportunity to show their full potential and skills in the water.
At the evening during the official opening of the regatta, the winners in the different competition phases received their awards personally from the official guest of the ceremony - Mrs. Liubov Malykh from Salesforce. This was followed by a cocktaill for the participants, sponsors, organizers and media.
During the 4 racing days, the keelboats will sail along the Burgas - St. Vlas - Balchik route and will finish at the sea capital - Varna.
Today (12th of August) is the start of the first official leg of the regatta with a race from Burgas to St. Vlas. This phase of the competition is named in honour of the general sponsor - Next Consult, and its duration will be around 3 hours, in good weather. We wish the participants fair winds and following seas!
