Salesforce Academy trains businesses on CRM

Hundreds of business users from all over the country joined in the trainings on strategic sales and CRM in the Summer Salesforce CRM Academy 2017, organized by Next Consult throughout July and August in five Bulgarian cities. The initiative registered a huge interest among the business circles, reports the management consulting company, which is a partner of the world-leading CRM solutions provider – Salesforce.com. The main focus of the Academy was the philosophy behind CRM (customer relationship management) and modern practices in marketing, sales and customer service. The second accent of the Academy was Digital Transformation and Salesforce.com as a tool for its achievement. Salesforce is the world’s #1 CRM platform according to the Forbes “World’s Most Innovative Companies List”, the Gartner SFA Magic Quadrant and other esteemed rankings.

The Summer Salesforce CRM Academy 2017 started with its first training in Sofia on the 14th of July, attended by more than 70 business representatives. This was followed by specialized trainings in Plovdiv and Burgas in the end of July, and in Ruse and Varna in the middle of August. The events in all cities garnered great interest and activity from the audience, with discussions of real-life cases that run the economy. Representatives of various - both in activity and in scale - companies shared their experience on topical issues such as sales and service customization for each customer, customer retention and engagement with the company and brand, structuring and traceability of activities and iterations with the customer, forecasting and planning. The “city under the hills” is rapidly emerging as the second most attractive location for business after the capital, and this was also made evident during the Academy. After Plovdiv come the sea leaders Varna and Burgas with a marginal difference, and “Little Vienna” – Ruse – surprised with the large growth of local business.

The Next Consult Summer Salesforce Academy aimed to help business people by showing them new and „well-forgotten old” approaches, with the help of which they can become faster and better than their competitors, selling more on local and foreign markets. Finally, the Academy reminded companies that while they are focused on developing their business, they shouldn’t forget about another resource which is just as valuable as customers – their employees. The high satisfaction of both groups is a condition for achieving sustainable development and success, emphasized the Next Consult experts.
