We will take you on a ride into the future at the 10th Annual Salesforce Conference this March.
Next Consult has hosted this event every spring for 10 years now, in partnership with the leader in business digitalization - Salesforce. This year's conference is very special as it commemorates a decade of fruitful collaboration between the two companies and the 13th birthday of the digital consultancy.
The Annual Salesforce Conference is the biggest Salesforce event in Southeast Europe and one of the largest C-level technology gatherings in the region. This year, it will take place on March 21 in Sofia, Bulgaria, and on March 23 in Bucharest, Romania.
The conference will bring together more than 500 managers from leading companies in Central and Eastern Europe, featuring over 20 inspiring speakers who will share their knowledge, personal experience, and expertise with participants. During the event, more than 10 managers from industry-leading businesses in Bulgaria, Romania, and CEE regions will share their first-hand experience with business digitalization.
The 10th Annual Salesforce Conference is supported by leading international companies namely Tableau, FinancialForce, MuleSoft, the Romanian top expert in data analytics and visualization – btProvider, as well as media in the EMEA region such as DigitalK and Karieri.bg (economedia), The Recursive, BGlobal, b2b Media, Pixel Media, hidrive and many others.
The agenda will cover topics related to cost reduction, revenue increase, operational excellence improvement, digital transformation and the latest trends in the space. Attendees will have the chance to learn more about how customer experience can be a key differentiator and competitive advantage nowadays, how to streamline processes to boost sales, and how to increase customer and employee satisfaction, as well as proven strategies for business growth and development.
The conference will pay special attention to improving productivity and traceability, as well as the power of CRM and ERP working together, data analytics and visualization to support management decisions, and system integration as a tool to maximize business efficiency.
This year, it is not just a regular business event but an event for a cause. Besides business, we will also talk about education. We are launching the #TheNext10Schools campaign to support the "Teach for Bulgaria" NGO because investing in children's education is an investment in progress.
A special track will be dedicated to this initiative and will inspire you with real-life examples from people such as Svetozar Georgiev and Hristo Manov, who will share their personal drivers and experiences of supporting social causes and education.
