Four business events brought together top executives of leading companies on the market
Senior managers and owners of companies from various industries discussed the future of business at the Sailing and Selling with Salesforce series of events organized by Next Consult and Salesforce
A luxurious rooftop bar in the heart of Sofia became home to four events focused on the new opportunities and challenges businesses face nowadays, and trends in digitalization.
The focal point of the events executed in the second half of November was specifically the challenges and opportunities in the Financial Services, Manufacturing, Logistics, Consumer Goods, and Building and Construction industries.
The events were highlighted by the vibrant atmosphere in which all the guests were able to enjoy delicious appetizers and signature cocktails while having pleasant conversations.
Our guests shared valuable insights and experience on the specifics of the industries they operate in. We were fortunate to hear about their business, what are the problems managers solve in today’s new reality, what are the new business development opportunities, new niches they see, and what they do to advance and successfully compete not only on the Bulgarian market but abroad as well.
Another highlight most of the participants focused on was the so-called digital transformation or the approach businesses take to digitalize their operations and processes in order to stay connected to their customers and partners and be more effective in the online world we all live in.

Participants in the Sailing and Sailing with Salesforce were Danail Danailov - Managing Director of GeoPost Bulgaria, Radoslav Radev – Managing Director of Reichle & De-Massari AG, Petya Lakova-Neycheva - Strategic and Digital Transformation Director at Uniqa, Yana Karadzhova - Director IT Business Applications at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Diana Nikolova – COO at Smart organic, Kalin Karadzhov - Director of operations at Smart Organic, and Sergei Andreev - Financial Controller at Europroperty. Moderators of the events were Orlin Dochev - Managing partner of Next Consult and Jan Skvaril - Client Success Partner at Next Consult.
All professionals, who took part in the Sailing and Selling with Salesforce series of events, will have the unique opportunity to take part in free of charge sailing training which will be held in January 22’. During the training, we will select eight participants to take part in a regatta in 2022. All the awards are provided by Next Consult and Salesforce, with the support of Sofia Sail Racing Club, who will be our generous host during the training.
