This insight was shared by Maxim Kolev, Partner CRM Solution at Next Consult, during the webinar “Salesforce Talks: Rock your expertise with the world’s N1 CRM”, which took place on December 15th, this year. The event was hosted by SoftUni, as part of their partnership with Next Consult.

Maxim showed the audience why Salesforce is the most preferred CRM solutions worldwide, and where the success of the company comes from - namely providing easy to set up automation of key business processes, which allows companies to provide impeccable customer service and experience to their clients. On the other hand, the way the platform is designed allows the consultants to easily personalise the solution, as to be able to meet the specific requirements that each customer might have.

The participants were able to see a hands-on live demonstration of a business process automation, performed by a certified Salesforce consultant at Next Consult, who demonstrated how a real estate investment company can easily integrate the information about its brokers and clients them in a single source of truth.

One of the junior Salesforce consultants at Next Consult was also part of the discussion and shared with us her opinion on the growth possibilities related to Salesforce. It was pointed out that the learning process itself is very intuitive, which combined with the real projects she’s had the opportunity to work on, is what made her choose Salesforce and Next Consult for her second “home” and career path.
