OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- 2+ years of Project Management experience in implementation of IT Solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or Computer Science.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with PM tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent command of English.
IT WILL BE NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in implementation of Salesforce CRM/ERP solutions.
- Understanding of Salesforce capabilities, functionalities, and best practices.
- Certifications in the field of Project Management and/or Salesforce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring.
- Structure the project – scope, budget, roles, tasks, deadlines, deliverables, etc.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Facilitate and build the project team to ensure project success.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide regular status updates, to gather requirements and feedback.
- Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Create an outstanding experience for our clients and make them happy.
