Next Consult presented an innovative cloud solution for professional services automation
Experts from the consulting company demonstrated live how the Salesforce-based ERP solution works, and Ivo Kumanov – founder and manager of the NIK group of companies, shared his personal experience with business process automation and what benefits the FinancialForce system brings to their business
Sofia, March 31, 2022 – The challenges and opportunities for the Professional Services sector were addressed at a pleasant business soirée at the Sense Rooftop Bar. The event brought together professionals from Bulgaria and focused on the specifics of the professional services’ business, management of internal processes and their interaction with customer communication.
During the event under the slogan "The #1 Cloud ERP for Professional Services" special attention was paid to the cloud ERP solution FinancialForce, whose great advantage is the synchronisation and integration of all business processes in a single system which is based on and benefits form the Salesforce cloud platform. Ivo Kumanov, Founder and Manager of the group of companies NIK, spoke about the challenges their business faces on a daily basis, the need for improvements, how and why they decided to trust FinancialForce and Next Consult. He shared not only the benefits of using automation software, but also how management can help the successful and smooth implementation of such a solution.
"Our plan is for our business to concentrate more and more on providing professional services. We expect our system to show clearly at the operational level which project is profitable and what resources are needed for the specific project – we have a very large variety of projects. For example, one of them is an irrigation system construction spanning at 10,000 decares, which can be controlled by artificial intelligence. If we do not plan our project and implementation well, if we do not track our resources, we risk working at a loss. Not to mention the inability to grow our business at the pace we have set. This entire management would be very complicated without the right software," said Ivo Kumanov.
