YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Lead Business Consulting projects in the areas of Lean, Supply Chain Management, Finance, IT System Selection and Implementation, etc.
- Manage the implementation of the projects, including
- Make sure all project stakeholders are always informed for the project development (issues and tasks outstanding)
- Prepare and maintain workplans and budgets
- Assemble and manage the project team, including distribution of tasks and provision of guidance for preparation of project deliverables
- Review and present final deliverables to the clients
- Maintain active communication and establish trusted relationships with the clients
- Identify opportunities for business development, prepare proposals for consulting services and participate in meetings with potential clients
- Maintain very high level of customer satisfaction
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including optimization of business processes and business performance
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering
- Proven Project Management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of English
- Advanced skills in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and/or Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
IT WILL BE NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in selection and implementation of IT systems
- Experience in delivery of training and implementation of Lean tools and concepts such as A3 thinking, Kaizen Events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Level Loading, Pull, Mistake-Proofing, Quick Changeover, etc.;
- Experience in Manufacturing/Engineering/Supply Chain Management
- Experience in multinational companies
- Lean Certification
