Yesterday (October 29th 2015) Next Consult participated the third edition of the Logistics Business Conference. The event is organized by the Logistics Magazine and brings together experts in the field of transport and logistics, as well as companies such as Next Consult that are supporting sustainable growth.
The conference, organized by Logistics Magazine and its publisher BTP - Bulgarian Transport Press Ltd., aims to meet a varied range of managers and employees from logistics departments of transportation, shipping, distribution, trade, construction and industrial companies with leading lecturers from organizations that offer professional solutions for all supply chain.
During this year's conference, which gathered over 300 owners and managers of high and middle management, Toshko Petkov (Partner, Business Consulting in Next Consult) presented the current trends in the management of logistics companies. He highlighted the management tools and the good management practices appropriate for this sphere of business. Reasonably, he discussed popular Lean practices in recent years in Bulgaria. They are successfully applied by international leaders in the industry (some of them are also partners of the conference this year in order to optimize processes, to add value to the customer and to eliminateto unnecessary processes.
