Next Consult organizes Lean management "Best Practices" visit to Japan for Bulgarian companies.

When we talk about lean processes, i.e. processes, which lead to better, cheaper and faster production, we always think of Japan - the country where lean philosophy was created, and where it is still used in almost all companies.

As a long-time partner of one of the most popular Lean methodologies - 20 keys, Next Consult organizes a visit to Japan for selected Bulgarian companies from 21st to 27th of October 2018, where Bulgarian managers will have the chance to see in person the lean practices adopted by global giants such as Toyota, Panasonic , Pfizer, Toyo Printing, Toyo Agricultural Machinery, Anzai, Maruha Nichiro Food, Yakult and others. The companies are selected to represent various manufacturing sectors - cars, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, machinery.

A notable example is one of the companies to be visited - Toyo Agricultural Machinery - a company with a 109-year history, established in 1909, successfully applying the methodology of 20 keys for the last 32 years.

More about Lean's production can be found HERE.
