WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • Freshly acquired education in the field of economics, marketing, or business administration.
  • Very good skills in working with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google business applications (Google Mail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent level of communication in English.
  • Responsibility in performing assigned tasks and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Desire and ability to work in a dynamic environment.


This role is essential for providing technical, organizational, and administrative support to the management and employees of the company, by:

  • Monitoring the overall organization of office activities.
  • Working with the management team on initiatives (incl. Finance, HR, Marketing, and Sales).
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of company events.
  • Organizing management's work – meetings, visits, domestic and international travels, and accommodation.
  • Being responsible for performing other administrative activities, such as:
    • Ensuring the flow of company correspondence.
    • Controlling and ensuring access for company guests.
    • Monitoring the cleanliness and pleasant appearance of the office.
    • Providing stationery, consumables for office equipment, cleaning supplies, coffee, and drinks for employees.
